KANSAS Metropolis, Mo. — The Jackson County Wellness Department director has shut Rae’s Cafe in Blue Springs “effective immediately” for violating the county’s COVID-19 orders.
Thursday’s order is the newest again and forth involving the county’s well being officials and the cafe.
The ongoing dialogue dates back to mid-August when health officers followed up on grievances that the cafe was not subsequent mask mandates in location at the time.
The situation arrived to a head final Friday, Sept. 3, when the county revoked the cafe’s food items establishment permit and ordered it to near.
